Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • As a member of the Chief Administrative Office covering Operations, this role will focus on driving strategy and change agenda for APAC Operations. 
  • The role will be responsible for executing multiple initiative both in an oversight as well a “hands on” capacity and ensuring timely delivery against internal, industry and regulatory deliverables. 
  • This role will partner closely with the Operations Executive as well as business partners and specifically be responsible for developing program, metric, risk frameworks.   
  • Additionally, the role will have responsibility for the execution of firmwide and Ops-wide initiatives across the broader organization.
  • Leadership of multi-functional teams to execute timely and accurately against short and long term deliverables varying from intraday to multiyear programs

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets from disparate sources to
  • inform complex decision making 
  • Ability to create powerful presentations which deliver complex topics in easily understood formats, supported by data.  *   Superb communication & influencing skills including ability to convey multifaceted concepts to global teams as well as engage with senior management and provide independent views
  •  Outstanding organizational skills and ability to balance multiple and changing priorities
  • Independently motivated with a commitment to a high level of integrity and excellence

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred in Financial Services or CAO / Business Management roles.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills; experience with data visualization and mining tools a plus
