The Bank's Asset Servicing solutions are designed according to our clients' unique needs to help enhance the management, administration and oversight of their entire investment process. Middle Office Solutions is a global leader in asset servicing, delivering world-class solutions through a client focused organization supported by industry leading technology and the highest quality standards. MOS provides integrated solutions for investment managers to outsource their middle and back-office functions. Services include trade communication and processing, accounting, derivatives processing, collateral administration, reconciliation, performance measurement and data management and warehousing to create a comprehensive solution for investment managers.

The Role Leads a project stream/s for a client onboarding of large (+1 year; +$1mm budget) middle office program, consisting of multiple teams Working with client, 3rd parties, and internal functions (technology, operations, risk, compliance, etc.) to understand client requirements, and to develop and execute delivery plans Responsible for a positive client experience during the workstream lifecycle

Core Execution Responsibilities Client facing, single point of contact responsible for the end to end client experience and satisfaction during the implementation process Collaboration with the client, internal, and 3rd parties to develop and execute an implementation plan, establish expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices; Ensure engagement of key stakeholders throughout life of program; effectively communicating and managing all related issues or risks; Act as a key advisor to the senior stakeholders to achieve goals and overcome obstacles Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure Assesses potential program risks and action strategies to minimize the impact of these. Develops and maintains relationships with Program manager, technology and operations to report and resolve risks and issues; Resolves the most complex issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Must have Experience
5-10 years background in financial services in either a front or middle office capacity; strong
knowledge of institutional investment practices; and at least
3 - 5 years project/program management experience in the financial services industry
Subject matter expertise in Middle Office domains (trade lifecycle, portfolio accounting, collateral
management, asset servicing, performance analytics, and information delivery)
Demonstrated experience driving client facing projects or programs including large-scale
organizational change efforts

Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to map and document progress of complex workflows
