Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Company: Global Fintech Firm

Corporate Title: Flexible Salary Range: Generous Package

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Help identify and implement new opportunities to grow the business.
  • Conduct analysis on customer behavior, the market landscape and internal processes.
  • Develop close partnerships with banks and financial institutions, to launch new products and services.
  • Liaise with customers or partners and oversee product integration.
  • Design, implement and manage operational improvements to streamline processes and support growth.
  • Create opportunities to showcase firm at events and conferences to grow brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. 
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the fintech space.
  • Stay close and be aware of all relevant government regulations, payment legislation and customer data policies.

Requirements / Qualifications:


  • Highly analytical with  experience executing complex projects in an operational role within a rapidly growing company.
  • Ability to problem solve and quickly identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Team player (no politics!) - able to work well across functional areas
  • Experience in product and project management, taking projects from conception to launch.
  • Able to execute on plans within a fast-paced dynamic tech environment.
  • Strong operations management experience, ideally in the payments industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mind set – always looking for business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality
