You will be the primary person of contact at the firm for client on-boarding day-to-day processes and inquiries, and will support the Head of Department for various initiatives in client on-boarding and other Middle Office areas in order to enhance procedures, controls and data integrity.
You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey any important data received.
You will have the skill to plan and prioritize work according to the requirements and be proficient in handling reports and all the relevant data and information.
Perform client due diligence for new and existing clients to comply with AML/CFT policy and regulations.
Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure clients’ account opening documentary requirements are fulfilled.
Prepare Operational Risk periodical reports for management.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for agent banks’ accounts
Requirements / Qualifications:
Proven ability to pay attention to details, work as a team and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Relevant experience in client onboarding and client due diligence processes essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent English communication; written/spoken Japanese preferred but not essential.
